OUR ENVIROMENT
We are found in the west of the province of Valencia, on the region called Utiel-Requena , a plain of cold winters and hot summers. In the quiet village Los Pedrones , about 20 km from Requena , an area of great wine tradition , good water resources and great beauties and contrasts.
An ideal natural place where our goats grow strong and healthy to give us the best products of the place , our artisan cheeses of Hoya de Iglesia.
GOAT’S MILK
The virtues of goat milk and dairy products are increasingly being recognized by numerous scientific studies. Its beneficial nutritional characteristics improve health status , and contains many nutrients that make it comparable with breast milk.
Our hand made cheeses made with goat’s milk becomes a very healthy product for the consumers with allergies to cow lactose, as well as for the consumers seeking quality cheese with unique flavor and texture ,you can only achieve this quality though hand made process .

OUR HISTORY
The company was founded in 1998 , with 200 goats acquired through a company specializing in cattle association .
At first the milk is sold, the male specie goes to meat and the female are preserved to increase the cabin. In 2000 , the family already had 600 goats and decided to found a cheese factory to produce products with their own milk .
Today , the company has modern facilities for goat farming ; it also adds the expansion of the cheese factory with new resources such as chain automatic filling , vacuum packaging machine and milk tanks with larger capacity.

OUR PHILOSOPHY
Founded by Luis Roldán in 1998 , his legacy is now led by his three sons, Luis , Manuel and Nacho . The care used as a daily basis in key factors such as hygiene , food safety and genetic improvement of the breed are the reasons why the goat milk achieves its excellent quality .
During the production, comprehensive controls are held , such as, the implemented ISO 22000 , which ensure quality standards and traceability.
